John Deere 853A Row Head

These are replacement bottoms for a John Deere 853A Row Head. With continued use the auger bottoms wear out. You can save significant cash by replacing them with our parts. There are two metal thicknesses we offer and they are priced accordingly. These will give you longer life than the originals. The originals are 16 gauge. We offer them in 14 ga (24% thicker) or 12 ga (75% thicker). These fit the 8 row only.

We tend to under-bend the curvature slightly, because it makes them easier to install. You simply step in the middle, deflect the sheet to conform to the frame in put in the bolts.
